 Holika Holika released these milky dewy balms as a part of their 2021 Pastel Haze Collection.  All of the lippies have pastel milky undertone to them. Just like the Water Vibe Tints these are color coded so you dont have to turn these upside down to find your favorite shade  A milk blending that naturally penetrates into the lips like soft milk. Clear color layering where the transparent color feels like dyeing on the lips without clumping or unevenness.It consists of a neutral color that is good for use as a base and a milky mute pastel color that goes well with anyone . Comes in a total of 5 lip colors. The packaging has a matte velvet feel to it and resembles a lip balm. I wouldn't recommend rolling these lip balms all the way up because it is hard to roll them back down sometimes.
